Unlike most other wedges in the industry, the Burke SG03 is forged from a single block of 1020 carbon steel. Each wedge is then precision CNC milled 18 times to ensure it meets Burke’s rigid requirements.

Fire Forged Technology
From a single billet of carbon steel, Burke’s proprietary Fire Forged Technology™️ requires our steels to go through 10 hours of heat treatment. This creates uniform grain sizes for consistent vibrational feedback and the softest forgings to the hands of our players.
