Burke's 90 Day Promise Promotion
For a full refund mail new or used products within 90 days of purchase. This refund is only valid for golf club items,
not including accessories, bags, gloves, hats, balls. Items eligible for the 90 Day Promise Promotion are valid only during the time frame of Burke's Promotions.

Returns will only be accepted if no visible blemishes due to extraordinary wear, conditions determined solely by the discretion of Burke Golf.

We will not accept returns for the following: Custom-built golf clubs, purchases made through final sale items, online exclusives, personalized golf balls, and personalized accessories.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase."Valid Proof(s) of Purchase" include the order number, order confirmation email, original sales recelpt, pack slip, or return barcode. Information regarding return activity and from IDs will be held in a company-wide database of customer return activity.
Returns with a gift receipt will beoffered a gift card or an even exchange.

Items purchased under promotional pricing will be returned for the original price of purchase.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Items requiring repairs should be returned to the manufactureror an authorized service center.

The following identification is accepted for returns: U.S. or Canadian Driver's License, U.S. State ID, U.S. Military ID, or U.S. Passport.
