The condition of your golf clubs is important. Before getting a quote, you will need to confirm the condition of your golf clubs for any dents, cracks, chips, squeaks, etc., preferably with photos, and if they have been modified from the original, please describe the condition and your expected value. Wait for our response.

Consumer golf club trade-ins typically take 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time we receive the golf clubs (at our facility) for processing. Once processed, the credit or gift certificate will be issued. Your original order needs to be fully shipped and invoiced before we can issue you the credit.

Yes, we accept iron sets of at least 5 consecutive clubs, including the PW (pitching wedge). In order to receive the full exchange value, the shafts, heads, and grips must match. Sets that do not meet this criteria may be returned to you or given a lower exchange value.

Replacement clubs will be issued a prepaid shipping label valid only in the United States. If you have trouble printing the label, or need additional labels, please contact our Customer Service team.

If you have multiple items, please use a box large enough to package them properly. Your local shipping point should have boxes large enough to accommodate your multiple items. We provide shipping labels, but not packaging materials. You may also use the box you received your BURKE order in to properly package your replacement item.

If your replacement item does not meet our acceptance criteria, we will do one of the following:

• Provide the option to return the product to you.

• If the product sent is inconsistent with your statement, we will give you an explanation and communication. If we cannot reach a consensus, it can only be returned. All shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Please be sure to describe it correctly.
